Job Description:
- Establish rapport and long-term relationships with customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Accept customer inquiries about products and services.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, record detailed information of inquiries, complaints or comments, and be able to analyse different situations of customers and solve problems in a targeted manner.
- Check to ensure that appropriate solutions have been made to solve the customer’s problem.
- Work well with sales and operations team.
- Manage multiple customer contact channels to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide general operation and sales support.
- Have team spirit and help each other with the team to complete the work together.
Requirements:
- At least SPM or equivalent.
- Must be a team player, pleasant personality and a people person.
- Independent and problem solver.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work on shift, weekend and public holidays.
- Able to communicate in Chinese and Cantonese. Speaking any other additional language is an advantage.
- Experience in customer relation / tele-marketing / front desk / other related field.
- Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
