On December 22, 2024, this meaningful and joyous annual celebration will take place at Papan Memorial Site, Pusing Perak! Hosted by Papan Memorial Group with heartfelt dedication, co-organized by the Perak Wooi Ning Koong Wooi – Women’s Association, and partnered with Sin Chew Daily as the official media collaborator, this event promises to be a highlight of the year.
This winter solstice, we embark on a journey of love, “Winter Solstice Offering Warmth 3.0”. This year, the celebration blends the cheer of Christmas with the significance of our 10th-anniversary milestone, creating a heartfelt tribute to a decade of meaningful connections. The event aims to craft a unique holiday experience for children from New Hope Children’s Home and the Ipoh Salvation Army, lighting up their winter days with care and smiles.
On the event day, the Women’s Association will thoughtfully prepare traditional hometown delicacies, allowing the children to savour the warmth of home-cooked flavours. The venue will also feature exciting games and creative workshops designed especially for the children.
The most touching moment will be when everyone gathers to roll tangyuan together in a heart-warming session. Adding to the excitement, Santa Claus himself will make a special appearance, bringing surprise gifts and spreading happiness, making the celebration truly unforgettable!
